Corriganville Park is not only beautiful but historic. Formerly owned by Ray “Crash” Corrigan, this park was once the Corriganville Movie Ranch and was the filming site for over 3,500 movies, TV programs and commercials.

Today, this park is home to 5 different trails that wind around the 246 acre property owned by
the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District.

The Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center first opened its doors in 1995. Located in the historical building on the corner of Los Angeles Avenue and Church Street, the Center serves as regional hub for the arts and is home to theater, dance, music and the visual arts. It also serves as a community facility and is available for meetings, conferences and special events. The facility is owned and operated by the City of Simi Valley, under the City Manager's Office

The Center functions as a producing, presenting, and rental house. Over 350 events take place at the Center every year. Events include musicals, concerts, craft fairs, arts exhibits, business meetings, and weddings.
